This blog is featuring one of our international success stories for Wedge Clamp Systems – the Kang Shun Collision Repair Center. This shop is part of Kang Shun Group, the largest auto dealer group in Wuhan, capital city in Hubei province. In 2009, it started to build a large collision repair center for all brand vehicles in Pan Long Chen, an auto mall close to Wuhan airport. The premise was to create a premier full service operation utilizing the very best in technology and equipment. Wedge Clamp was a perfect fit!

This project was developed in several phases:

Phase I: The total size is 3,000 sq mtr with 5 Wedge Clamp working bays, 6 prep bays and 3 paint booths. There are twenty technicians working in that shop and repairing 600 cars every month.

Phase II: The total size is about 2,700 sq mtr. This shop specializes in repairing high end brand vehicles for the company. With Nitroheat equipped for 2 waterborne spray booths, the shop can provide a better finish at a lower cost repair.
